Shipping Policy

Pakistan-wide delivery with clear timelines, transparent fees, tracking, and free COD delivery all over the Pakistan.

1. Delivery Areas

  • Pakistan-wide: Major cities and most towns covered via trusted couriers.
  • Remote/Out-of-Route: Delivery may take longer or require pickup from courier branch.
  • International: Currently limited; contact info@desihakeem.com for a custom quote.

2. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually processed the same day.
  • Standard processing: 24–48 hours (business days).
  • Peak seasons or promotions may add 1–2 days of handling time.

3. Delivery Timelines

Punjab / Sindh

1–3 business days

KPK / Balochistan

2–5 business days

Remote Areas

3–7 business days

Note: Weather, strikes, or courier constraints can affect timelines.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Flat-rate shipping for most orders within Pakistan.
  • Free shipping above a threshold (if active — display on cart/checkout).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may include a small surcharge depending on courier/area.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email. You can use it to follow your shipment status on the courier’s website. For help, message us with your Order ID.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

  • Please provide a complete address and an active phone number.
  • If the courier can’t reach you, they may attempt redelivery or request pickup from the nearest branch.
  • Undeliverable parcels due to incorrect address/phone may be returned and reshipped after fee adjustment.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Parcels

  • Inspect the package on delivery. If damaged, **take photos** and contact us within 48 hours.
  • We’ll coordinate with the courier for investigation and arrange a **replacement or refund** where applicable.
  • Delays beyond our control (weather, strikes) will be communicated proactively when possible.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available in most serviceable areas within Pakistan.
  • Large orders or certain products may require **advance partial payment**.
  • Please keep exact change and your phone reachable on delivery day.

9. International Shipping

Limited international shipping is available on request. Email info@desihakeem.com with products, quantity, and full address to receive a quote and estimated delivery time.
